1What Responsible Gaming Really Means

Many people think responsible gaming means playing less or stepping away altogether. In reality, it's something quite different. Responsible Gaming means making decisions based on your own means, time, and emotional state — so that betting stays a source of enjoyment and never becomes a problem.

VC 666-we believe gaming is entertainment — just like watching a film or heading to a cricket match. But when it starts affecting other areas of your life — family, work, finances — that's when it's time to take notice.

We approach responsible gaming on our platform through three core principles:

  • Control: You decide how much you play and how much you spend.
  • Awareness: Staying aware of your own gambling habits.
  • Balance: Gambling should be a small part of your life — not the whole of it.
Keep in mind: Betting is never a source of income. It's for entertainment, and losses are always a possibility. Only wager what you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.

2Warning Signs of Problem Betting

Certain warning signs indicate that betting may be becoming a problem. If you notice any of these in yourself or someone close to you, take action right away:

Be alert if you notice any of the following signs:
  • Repeatedly gambling to try to win back lost money (chasing losses)
  • Borrowing money from family or friends to fund betting
  • Lying to family about how much time or money you spend on betting
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not betting
  • Neglecting important responsibilities to focus on gambling
  • Spending more time or money than your set limits allow
  • Feeling unable to stop betting even when you want to
  • Feeling upset, frustrated, or low after a loss

These signs are not a sign of weakness. They indicate a health concern, and with the right support, it can be addressed. VC 666 We're here for you.

4How to Set Limits

VC 666-setting a limit is quick and easy. You can do it any time from your Account Settings. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions.

  • Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
  • "Responsible Gambling" or go to the "Responsible Gaming" menu.
  • Choose limit type — deposit, session time, or betting amount.
  • Set a Time Limit — daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Enter amount or time and click the "Save" button.
  • Confirmation Message Your limit will take effect immediately.
Tip: At the start of each month, set your betting budget and apply it as your deposit limit. It's the easiest way to stay within your limits.

5Self-Exclusion — Long-Term Break

If you feel you need an extended break from betting, self-exclusion is the most effective step. Once activated:

  • Logging into your account will not be possible.
  • Placing bets will not be possible.
  • Promotional messages and bonus offers will no longer be sent to you.
  • Your account cannot be reopened before the set period has ended.

Self-Exclusion Duration: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years Or permanently.

Important: Self-exclusion is a serious decision. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the period ends. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance from your account during self-exclusion.

To activate self-exclusion, email our support team at: support@vc666.wine — write "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line.

6Safe & Responsible Gambling Tips

Experience shows that following these simple habits keeps betting enjoyable at all times:

  • Set a budget in advance: Before each session, set a maximum spending limit for yourself and stick to it.
  • Don't play when you're tired or feeling down: You don't make good decisions when you're emotionally unsettled. A clear head makes for better play.
  • Think of winnings as a bonus: Remember, betting is entertainment. Winning is a bonus, not the goal.
  • Don't chase your losses: Chasing losses by betting more because you think "this time I'll win" is the biggest mistake you can make.
  • Take regular breaks: Take a short break every 30–45 minutes. Get up, drink some water, go for a walk.
  • Don't play under the influence of alcohol: A clear head leads to better decisions.
  • Let Your Family Know: Talk openly with the people close to you. It helps you stay in control.
  • Don't bet with borrowed money: Only play with what you already have.
